50ml BARKA

12.5ml Mandarin juice

12.5ml Lemon juice

12.5ml Sugar Syrup


Soda water

Pour and coat a coupette glass inside with a dash of Absinthe, discard the rest. Place clear ice into a parisian mixer, pour all ingredients and shake it until it cools down. Double strain it into the glass and finish it with a splash of soda water on the top.
