• • • 35ml BARKA Irsai Oliver Grape
    • 30ml Combier Guignolet D’Anjou
    • 15ml Home-made plum syrup

How to make

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, stir for a minute to achieve ideal dilution. Strain it into an old fashioned glass filled up with ice.

Old Fashioned

• • • 60 ml BARKA
    • 15 ml sugar sirup
    • Mandarin slice

How to make

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass apart form the citrus, stir for a couple of minutes, then strain it into an old fashioned glass filled up with ice. Extract the oil of a mandarin peel over the drink and garnish it with a slice.

Barka Fizz

ingredients

• • • 30ml BARKA Irsai Oliver Grape
    • 60ml Grapefruit juice
    • Tonic water

How to make

Pour BARKA and the grapefruit juice into a highball glass over some ice and top it up with tonic water. Garnish it with a slice of grapefruit and a mint spring.
